Sorry to people that waiting for my blog to update.

This time I going to blog on my fitness. HaHa... Machiam only...

After so long... I finally get back some running last week with my buddy (Ming's).

Few reason for me to start running:-

1. I'm Fat! Increase of 8kg... OMG! (There's people said I grew fat)
2. Re-Service coming in June. (Want to get money from Gov. and do not want RT)
3. Nothing to do.

How I get this 8kg:-

[Weekday- Wake up, Office work, Lunch, Work again, Dinner, School, Supper, Play, Sleep]
[Weekend - Wake up, Lunch, School, Play, Outing]

Sec by sec, Min by min, Hour by hour, Day by day, week by week and BOM! 8Kg!
Wakakakaka....

Think back... The last run for me was back in my last re-service.
So decided and told myself that pick 1 day out of 7 days to go for run. And get rid of this 8kg! (Out of 24hrs use up 1hr to run)

After the run, Ming's, Liam's and me go Hougang gym... Then dinner and Ming's house for PS3... Wahahahaha...

So this week, I choose today or tomorrow(Friday) to go for my run.
And just after work, no where to go... So what now...? Run lor since I got the time...

Reached home and change outfit... Ciao~!

For me no matter the distance you run is far or short... Just go all out and run.
I told myself at least I got the mentality to run and that's enough.

Just 1 round of my house vicinity and it only used up mine 40mins.

I did:-

-The run
-15 Sit-Up
-6 pull Up (2 Proper 4 Half)
-Leg raise (20secs) Lousy man!
-Run up stairway from 1st floor to 6th floor.
- 15 Pumping (At home)
